Target (c) stores have contributed over $300 million to schools since 1997 through Take Charge of Education, an enormous investment that's directly helping students year after year. Here's how it works: when parents, teachers, and other school supporters use the REDcard, Target donates up to 1% of their purchases to the eligible K-12 school they designate. Each September, those funds are distributed to schools nationwide, including ours! Click on the REDcard above to apply for one on Target's website or to register your REDcard with Visitation Academy. Each time you make a Target purchase (like those cute knick-knacks you just can't resist!), V.A. benefits monetarily next September. We just our check this year, and the amount is going toward our girls' education. The A+ Stop and Shop Program starts October 7th, 2011 through March 29, 2012. Visitation has the opportunity to earn cash through the program. All we need is you! Log into www.stopandshop.com/aplus to register online or dial 1-877--275-2758 to register your card over the phone. After you register your card, each shopping trip at Stop and Shop using your Stop and Shop card earns cash for our school. The amount of cash will be updated on the Stop and Shop website. You can track the amount of points you earn for our school by checking your grocery receipt and online when you create an account on www.stopandshop.com. Our school will receive a check at the end of the program. The money can be used for any of our educational needs. |
